見冇人答你,等我幫吓手啦,
曝光補償 ,鎖定測光係兩樣唔同既野, 不用比較,

----曝光補償 : 既係由系統測光之后都唔夠光, 便加大入光量.
eg.測光系統為 f5.6 1/60 , 都覺唔夠光, 便要加EV + 1 ,

就等於 : f5.6 1/30 (假設系統只自動control 快門)

-----鎖定測光 : 既係話當你測晝面 A 區 同 B區時,

想用A 區既測光數值 ,係B 區用,便要銷定A 區測光值.
eg. A 區為 f5.6 1/60 ,B 區測光為 f5.6 1/30

按下鎖定測光 , A , f5.6 1/60 , 而係B區release 快門制,

咁B區便用咗f5.6 1/60 影 !

這點我想是睇情況。例如背光人像周圍又無乜參考點的話，鎖定測光應該行唔通吧？

可能是小弟功力未夠，未識得一眼就睇得出周圍有乜嘢灰度同拍攝主體差唔多而光度又比主體正常的參考點，鎖定測光用起來反應比較慢。相對地曝光補償是直接輸入數值，會比較有把握和敏捷，較適合突發性較強的狀況。

You may know about "middle grey" right? take reading on the point than lock, and re-frame. the middle grey is not necessary to be grey, it is only a thing of "18 % reflectivity", e.g. human skin, earth, wood; it is not related to the colour too, except on black, white, grey tones.

exposure compensation is a tool to shift the middle point within the dynamic range of your camera. As you have no idea at all, please use the "try an error" method to study the effect after take the right light metering readings. Or, may I suggest you to read sometime about "zone system"; it is the most basic theory of photography, all metering methods, compensation tools, colour systems, softwares, etc. are developed from this very old system.

其實曝光補償 vs 鎖定測光 2個方法, 最終只係改變光圈同快門,

反而問吓你自己 ,係影果張相時, 你想用邊個光圈快門組合,

光啲,暗啲, 都係取決攝影者, 而不是相機 !

簡單啲講, 係S mode 同 A mode ,你都可以做到 f2.8 1/60 , 組合

但你會用S 定 係用 A 呢?

當然 , s 同 A 各有不同 limitation !! 用邊樣好都只係你想掂set 先可以做到f 2.8 1/60 唓!!!
