都係底抄去影，試用M mode 影啦！！

如果要動感當然係要追主目標噤拍啦
最好用長鏡大光圈最好啦(你無理由入場中間比賽架ma)
iso要高啦，噤樣快門先快到啦
如果想影到人清景在移動，噤快門係安全便ok，不過要追目標影。(呢個比較難)
最安全係快門keep係1/500左右。
到影團體相個光圈去番f8，加閃便無問題架啦

Just like other said 長鏡, 大光圈, 高ISO, 追焦, and shutter priority (1/250+). The location where you will be taking pictures from is very important too if you can't get a side line pass.

These two pictures were taken with a 5D2 and 70-200mm f/2.8 IS from the side line where I was able to roam freely. They were okay given the not-so-perfect AF system in 5D2 and from a bad photographer (me). That was the time I wish I had a 1D or a 7D. Good luck and show us your pictures once you have taken them.
