E.V.(explosure value)=Shutter speedxFocal opening.而光圈 構成景深(depth of field)的程度;快門(shutter speed)是去鎖定動作,所以用不同組合便去構成拍者的創意.

We should do metering before we take normal photo shooting; the reading is the EV as mentioned by "p.maki" above. Under the same EV (think it as brightness or illuminace), we may have a lot of combinations on shutter speed, aperture, PLUS ISO speed.

Adjust which one is always subject to very personal. For example, when you need freeze somthing moving fast, the higher shutter speed you should resulted; some guys would tune the shutter directly, to get the others in automatic mode, and vise versa.

Guys have their own way to get the result. So I suggest you to make clear what are they individually, and their effects to the other 2 first; then choose either shutter speed or aperture to start first. The ISO is always need to be finest (as low as possible) according to the avaliable illumination in normal shooting.
