There are so many ways to do them. It seems the web u post are mainly reducing the colour saturation, and changing the colour balance.
You better find utube or book on photoshop. other ways are using some presets by lightroom.
If u want shortcut in fast ways, use neoimaging freewares, and there are some prset there, and u can reduce saturation and adjust the wb too.
