The Hearts for Japan T-shirt is designed by Japanese artists Ms. Emi Kikuchi and Ms. Lema Kikuchi. The profit of the sales goes directly to the Japanese local governments in the prefectures impacted by the tsunami and earthquake. Ms. Emi Kikuchi said the T-shirt was printed without color other than black because color would drive up the cost. So she decided to hand color the blue sky for each of the shirts. Mine was colored by Ms. Lema Kikuchi (pictured above) and signed by Ms. Emi Kikuchi. THANKS!
