a nice low key picture!

but the lighting is so strong that cause a glare that seems not coherent in this low key pictures, I would suggest you to processed it by reducing the exposure by 1/2 to 1 stop, so it is more comfortable to the eyes to the viewer if you are intended to produce a picture in a low-key & soft tune.

Also, I think the viewer could not be guided onto the focus of the picture. What is your preference of focus of attraction in the picture?The rope or the log?

I suggest you try to recomposed the picture into the horizontal format with the upper and lower 1/3 cropped away and also 1/6 of the right side to be cropped away so that the log stands onto the right 2/3 of the picture and the rope onto the left 1/3. It then becomes more balance on view and guide the viewer from left to right.
