The white building (IFC?) is not so clear, maybe try a smaller aperture (say F5.6) may give better detail in terms of depth of focus. Also it can decrease over exposure. I prefer to use the lowest aperture available for taking stable light source at night, provided that a stable tripole is used for non-windy night.
