Your photo is a bit blurry, as you can see it from the face, eye and the details on the clothes. Possibly this is due to handshaking or focusing not correctly. D200 should not be that bad. I used a lower grade body D80 to shoot at the same envirnoment. The effect is that bad ( http://www.dcfever.com/photosharing/viewphoto.php?photoID=384674 ).



In fact, shooting vertical photo for long distance telezoom is much easier to have handshaking problem than taking horizontal photo. VR is not a miracle, particularly when you shoot at slow shutter speed. How to hold the camera firmly and steadily is equally important.
