家常寬麵。
說到家常寬麵,就會使人想中國的湯麵,和中國湯麵相類似的日本〔〔贊岐混燉麵〕〕,只不過是寬了一點。寬麵的作法與家常麵相同。
〔〔蔬菜〕〕,辛香料,佐料,一起下鍋爆香後,加水〔〔適量〕〕。開鍋後加入寬麵條。寬面,煮熟後與蔬菜,佐料一起裝碗待食。加一個蛋入鍋的話,那就再好也不過的啦。
Daily noodle
Daily band noodle is Chinese broad noodle in soup, or something alike Japanese Zanki udon in larger size.
( We ) Get some vegetables, (make them) minced and put into the pot with seasoning, then cook them in oil until ( it ) smells. Add enough water and heated until it’s boiling, then put the broad noodle in.
Usually mounted them into a bowl for serving, after the noodle and vegetables are cooked, breaking an egg into the pot would sound better.

家常広い麺と言えば、讃岐うどんと中国の「湯で麺煮込み」という物に似ている、ただうどんの幅が広がれた。
野菜をすこし,適当な薬味と一緒に,なべに入れて、油で炒め、匂い出ると水をいれて、湯が沸いたまま,広い麺をいれて、湯で上げたから,卵を入れば,それは最高だ。鉢に入れて供される。。
