Why not use lower ISO ? say 400-500, instead of 1250. Time of exposure will be lowered to ~ 1/125-1/200, which will be good enough for a bird standing still there without any movement. Noise level will be reduced v. much than this. Anyway, good take! (Pls. excuse my saying too much.)
