The pic was taken at Albert Park, a park that's opposite to the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
The "bright" tower in the pic is the Sky City, a well known international casino which is also the highest building in the southern hemisphere.

As a matter of fact, 醉金迷看賭城 (1) is better than this 紙醉金迷看賭城 (2). This pic is a bit blur and also if u enlarge and scoll upwards a bit u may find out there're quite a lot of "white spots" on the top right hand corner under my nickname.
the pic was done with ISO50 , so if u guys said that F100 is "sing sing kng" then S40 can be said "sing sing queen"...hahahah just joking
