Enabling the use of your Canon EF-mount lenses on a Fujifilm X-mount mirrorless camera body, this Excell+1 Lens Adapter from Fotodiox additionally helps to increase the effective maximum aperture of your lens, gain a wider field of view, and maintain infinity focus. By incorporating a light-focusing optic into this adapter's design, a magnification factor of 0.72x is applied to render a 50mm focal length lens as a 36mm lens, which then provides a 54mm equivalent focal length in conjunction with the APS-C crop factor. This optic also condenses light in order to gain an additional stop of light, which effectively renders your f/2.8 lens as an f/2 lens.

The adapter is constructed from brass and features stainless steel finishing, and a leaf spring design is used to secure the lens in place and to ensure no play between the lens, adapter, and camera body.
