This keyboard is plagued with software issues.
1. You cannot charge the keyboard while using the keyboard. The keyboard may or may not respond or double press if attempted.
2. If your keyboard is set to sleep, a few taps are required to wake the keyboard before it starts registering key presses.
3. Your keyboard may or may not maintain its RGB profile after the keyboard awakes from sleep with all cosmetic lights off.
4. You can only use the keyboard with the included wireless dongle or Bluetooth, wired option seems to be not working.
5. Occasional double key press.
