請各位大哥幫幫手

I have a 10-22, but, it seems that at the wide end the image is a bit blur on the edge. What if I switch to 17-40L. 1) will I get a notably better image. 2) I'm using 20D, 17mm Vs 10mm, is it a great different?

I know I can't directlly compare the two lens, since they are not covering the same range, but I really need some insight from experienced photographers.

如果只係在wide過17mm的焦段未如你理想，咁你換支17-40mm都係自已搵自已笨（原本有得用10-16mm焦距但唔夠靚，換左就想用都冇得用）。

17-40L can be use in Full Frame....

But it is initially designed for non-FF DSLR. Poor quality found on corners for FF DSLR.

I know my 10-22 covered 17mm, my question is, will the 17-40 produce better quality picture as a whole.

Thanks for the advise, this is my main concern,如果只係在wide過17mm的焦段未如你理想，咁你換支17-40mm都係自已搵自已笨（原本有得用10-16mm焦距但唔夠靚，換左就想用都冇得用）。
I heard many Canon user say the 17-40L is a very good lens, so, may be it perform better then the 10-22 at all range. If not, I'll save the money for better lens.

10 vs 17 is a great different, that why I fall into this dilemma - better photo quality vs wider angle

I'm really on a tight budget, only if 17-40L have huge advance in picture quality, I won't sell my 10-22 and get a 17-40L.
