Screen resolution beats Galaxy S and Desire and Nexus One.
3.7" display is almost a perfect balance size and battery life
The finishing is solid and elegant, the back-side grip feel is just very nice
Google air sync is handy and good, for both english/chinese wordings
Many of the free widgets are just powerful and yet easy to use
5 mil pixel with Xenon flash
Speaker is loud and with above-average quality
Chinese support and entry (both handwriting and Pingyin) is precise and quick!
Most appreciated feature... Crystal Talk (which is most basic functionality that many hi-end phones are not doing too well, but Moto does)!!!

Battery runs out quickly when 3G data network is on.. Yet can be solved by having 2nd battery.
Camera is not that fast, but the white balance is precise.
Not really thin, but the overall build is rigid.
