When you view it in IE, it shows the web save colours, it normally less gradation then that in PS. So it may affact the contrast...

Technical question, may I ask why the contrast of the picture will be reduced when viewed in IE? compared to when I am editing in PS and monitor profiled to sRGB?

And of course the final picture is saved as sRGB as well.
