I saw a famous Japanese photographer's master piece which is the front view of an ordinary Janpanese temple with sand field in front..
There is no eye catching color, no outstanding line and shape but it is a recognised 'Master Piece'
I have 'Examined' for quite a while and concluded it is the very detail of everything in the photo that make it a master piece.
There are details in the darkest area..
There are details in the brightest area.
No doubt there are details in the smallest sands !
The line and shape of the temple is not eyecatching and ordinary for me. I think the 'big C' appreciate it differently.
This is something that I eager to learn.
My pic here is no detail at all but I just like the light of setting sun falling on the top of grass forming horizontal lines .
My subject is these horizontal lines.
