比對我用開的DSLR, 真的方便多了.
雖然沒有DSLR專業的調教, 但相機的程式已很不錯, 只要你交給它, 你只要懂得構圖, 便可以輕鬆拍得合乎水準的靚相.
由於用了DSLR大少的感光晶片, 圖片放大了還很結實. 真的不似是一部DC.
用來拍片, 質素超好, 一機兩用. 由相機轉DV, 只要一按制便即拍, 省回很多時間.

閃光燈輸出實在太弱, 不用閃燈用高ISO反而拍得不錯, 用了閃燈反而人面變暗. 閃燈實用性不足.

剛剛買入, 由於無貨, 跟機只配得一支18-55MM, 當時真的很難決擇, 但想到相機有PANORAMA功能, 用最wide的18mm(27mm)都可以拍得很wide. 但只買16mm就一定無得zoom. 加上zoom鏡有防手振, wide鏡沒有. 就更覺超值. 不過要再用2000多元再另外買一支wide鏡, 真係覺得好唔抵, 希望sony不要收咁貴.
一套兩鏡買只多付一千元, 分開買齊雙鏡要另付2400元, 真的很不合理.
若有更強力的外置閃燈更好.

I hv used DSLR before. This camera could easily carry for outdoor shotting. My feeling is good when u press the shutter. Although we need to enter the manual for most of the function setting, it still acceptable for me, Especially the screen is so beautiful. I hv no regret to buy this.

缺點:
- 都係個mon太靚, 影完相o係個mon睇好正; 但放o係電腦睇 / 晒d相出來就發覺唔係個回事.......對於有執相習慣o既c hing唔係問題, 但如果好似我呢d從來唔執相o既死懶鬼就要有一定程度的覺悟
- 要manual set 野真係煩到想死
- 食電, 絕對需要買後備電

最重要o既係, 成像確實唔算係好好, d相用來當生活照, 寫blog, open rice等等都ok既; 但對d相質素有高要求o既c hing一定唔滿意, 除非你張張相都用大量時間去執..........

操控一般,其中最致命是"自動ISO"並不怎樣聰明,常給你不安全的快門值,希望SONY更新軟體改善;

我用A模式多,用後感到最大不便是自動iso並不怎樣自動(較保守),常對應給我1/60以下快門,易手震
但值得肯定的是其拍片功能,能高質的記錄家庭或小朋友成長,且細細部,一家大細或外遊時出動率較高.

我好鐘意旅行影相，早幾年試個帶 Prosumer 機去歐洲旅行，其實一般夠光既場景下所有機（連ＤＣ仔）都可以影到滿意既相，但去到昏暗地方例如博物會館，餐廳之類地方就出現高雜訊，有時連對焦都有問題，所以好後悔無帶較好相機去。
之後就買佐部笨重的 DSLR，相片係有質素，但係部機加幾支鏡再加腳架真係太重，有時真係吾想帶去旅行，心念如果有一部可以輕巧一點同有高質素相機就好啦！
Sony NEX-5 就滿足到我個願望啦，輕巧，手持夜景，全景拍攝，重有高清拍片，連ＤＶ都吾須要帶去，真係好正，雖然操控難一點，但我覺得６千幾已經好超值。
之後就買佐部笨重的 DSLR，相片係有質素，但係部機加幾支鏡再加腳架真係太重，有時真係吾想帶去旅行，心念如果有一部可以輕巧一點同有高質素相機就好啦！

After running through all the reviews that I could find over the Internet for a whole week, I bought the NEX-5. By nearly 20 days of using it, shooting almost one thousand pictures, all I can tell you is: go to get one right now!
I'm sure most of you have already read something about its pros and cons, I would like to give you my points from another prospect:
Don't buy it if you're any one of the kind as followed:
1 If you still believe a 4/3 cmos can give you a more crisper image. (Then don't buy yourself a FF camera through out your life for any excuse.)
2 if you feel the mobile-phone-like menu annoying. (Then why not drop your mobile too?)
3 if you're shame of using Auto mode. (So worry about the 1/10 second slower focusing speed?)
4 If you think that a extremely beautiful monitor will fool you from checking the image quality)
5 If you would feel uneasy once unable to run your fingers through those shortcut buttons before pressing the shutter.
6 If you still insist to control everything manually, otherwise you can't make any "unique" picture.
7 If you do not do any post-processing. (Then why you need RAW files?)
8 If your hands are shaky.
9 if you don't know the difference between sRGB and RGB1998.
10 if you are a strobist.
My clue is: with such a price, you would not find any better camera (same class) currently. Don't forget photography is only half of the story; post-processing is the rest. You get LR3; PS; DXO; NIK.....HDR applications..etc, why would one require a small machine to do all the dirty jobs?

1. keep begging your wife, you daughter & your son not moving( only a little move could ruin the picture) , why stop their happiness?
2. put a tank (Nikon D3X )to cover your face so that all your family feel you are not enjoying the party but your gidget.
3. turn on all the lights and distroy the mood of the birthday night.
4. screw your heavy camera stand.
Just turn on the twilight mode and shoot, your son will love u on his next birthday!

People always comments on the kit lense distortion, coolness of the camera built and the sharpness.
They never mention how sony nex3 or 5 will give them enjoyment of photo taking.
The sharpness was due to the focus length they had used.
The serious distortion was due to the place their focus was pointing to.
However, the two things are not important provided the picture composition is good and you have a deep connection with the subject you take!
Every Picasso\'s pictures have large distortion. No one will care how sharp is the Vincent\'s StarryNight.
