good quality like a brick it's fully alloy body with few parts of plastic, support Microdrive, good handling, can use RAW, front/rear curtain flash, fully function for fine manual,

nice picture & excellent White balace, good price (water $3300, hong 3800). better choice than Coolpix 4300.



I still prefer to use film camera because the film gives more realistic picture. Even Canon 1Ds (it does good job) but still cannot give me the same feeling as my Nikon F5 / F90X did. When the CCD technolog get mature, maybe it can replace the film.....in the future



so this tinny S45 can be a good choice as spare camera
