鳥類攝影師大賽 Bird Photographer of the Year 2026（BPOTY）正式公布得獎結果，今屆共收到超過 24,000 張參賽作品。英國攝影師 Henley Spiers 憑 《Sunball Rocket》 奪得年度總冠軍及 Birds in the Environment 組別金獎，並獲得 3,000 英鎊獎金。
作品在蘇格蘭水域拍攝，捕捉一隻北方塘鵝高速潛入海中的瞬間，水面陽光剛好落在牠上方，就像牠穿過太陽衝進水底。

BPOTY 以鳥類攝影為主題，除了展示不同地區的鳥類、生態環境及行為，保育亦是比賽其中一項核心目的。大會透過作品提高公眾對鳥類及自然環境的關注，同時以比賽收益支援合作慈善機構 Birds on the Brink，為不同鳥類保育項目提供資助。賽事亦設有 Conservation (Single Image) 及 Conservation Award 組別，即分別以單張作品及系列作品呈現鳥類面對的保育問題與相關工作。
