It's the time before we learn "the right way" to do something. Things were interesting by themselves, no need for any reason, nor it requires any fancy variation to keep it exciting. The same bed time story, heard over and over again, each time being equally enjoyable. We don't have to be anything, not even ourselves, as it is not yet form.
