Are U the guy using a tripod there? Maybe I saw U there. :> Well, shooting band show, in my preference, should include the ambient light and more background. U could include more components in the background, eg. the member of the band and the musical instruments, eg. drums, keyboard, etc. They may have show again next Sun there. Go try more shoots and U can definitely improve! Good luck.

The image is too soft. Perhaps it is lens quality or handshaking problem. I cannot read your Exif info. As you said 1/60 sec, I guess it is not sufficient to shoot tele (even if you have image stablizing function). Increasing the shutter speed to at least 1/125 sec will help.
