Yes. There are noises in this picture. You can see that the color of the sky is not smooth. They look like grains in traditional film.
I am not sure what causes the noises, but it is related to the size of each pixel in the CCD. The smaller the size, the greater the noise.
You previous picture (rolex) had hot pixels and noises. Hot pixel is a by-product of long exposure.
CCD is a computer chip. Any computer chip will become hot when they keep on running for a long time. So when the CCD is exposed in the light for a long time, it becomes hot, and so the hot pixels become visible.
I think hot pixels are noises to the extreme.
