Hi, all c-hing

This photo was taken by Canon 500D with EF 28mm f/1.8. Please help to solve my question that when there are cars coming with headlights on, there are several strange spots (see the red circle in this photo) appear. Is my lens have problem?

I test the same at home when I shoot the ceiling with light bulbs. The same thing happen. But when I changed using the cheap cheap kit lens EFS 18-55, no such problem happens.

Please help.
