優點:
1. Good Speed for ordinary photos except sports photos.
2. Good color saturation and also selectable.
3. Kit lens and other pentax lenses are good especially at reporduction of color.

5. Very competitive price, I got a Hong Good for only $5280 with full set !
6. I can use all my old Pentax lenses including those MF ones. It has got in-focus indicator inside the view finder.
7. A good way to get the best out of the Pentax lenses is to use Av mode, by using 2-3 grade less opened aperture. The Av mode is easily used for the DL.
8. I can also use my old AF500Z flash with full TTL metering and got GN50 (!!) power - enough for most of the time ! The autozoom function also usable with sutable lenses !

缺點:
1. Quite batteries consuming. Must use 2600 mA batteries !
2. Autofocus is not too fast. This should be essential for sport photography, but anyway, the camera system is better used for purposes other than that.
3. Pentax lenses are not as popular as other famous brand, thus supplies are not secured (but 2nd hand lenses are cheap and usually of good condition, and the colours are very good !)
