1. Good looking, feel like holding a mini-Leica M rangefinder, especially the look of the len.

2. Good image quality.

3. 28mm, and 16:9 format is a break through among other brands.

4. The level of the noise is accaptable for the small DC market(not SLR)

5. Fast AF, can make a quick street-snap-shot.

6. Good LCD quality

7. Of course, it's Leica len

2. ISO 200, 400 still have room to improve the noise

Long awaiting for this almost manual controlled d-cam.

-Excellent design is always found in Panasonic's camera. Cool outlook of LX1.

-Battery life improved

-Monitor resolution improved but, stil l have room to make better. Because the size is quite big (2.5").

-Fast start up, fast zoom, fast respond.

-Good handling, weight is just enough, not too light.

-Image quality is always the very best.

Still the same as FX7 or so.

-High listed price(Original goods). Even can get near 500 dollars "discount" form almost of the shops(H$4,180 w/ no card).

-Not recommend of using regular SD card, do spend more on this part (I use Ultra II for reasonabe record speed)

-Buffer size should increase, camera may hold while writing to the MEM card.

-AF speed still....and also the flexibility.....(compare with Nikon's/ Canon's)

-Image's colour / (white balance) not always recorded correctly.

-The position of flash switcher is too narrow.

-Accessories out of stock. Supply less than demand! Even the free soft case.....Disappointted.
