fast focus
gd handling feel (when u join with tele lens, u will feel it)
it's a quite gd price to buy
improvement on the focus pts, accruante focus pt, of cause can't meet your requiry every times, since it is just a machine.

the sound of the shutter a little bit strange
need to make use of the control panel, moves to the LCD on the right hand side.

picture quality seems not a big diff with 400d, since only bought a few days and haven't get the real photo to see. just see on screen. but gd hand feel and fast focus.

唯一覺得改善,的是個LCD像數.

同老婆唸左好耐先決定買40D,自己第一次接觸單鏡....都會邊學邊用..部機好正..勁開心^^"會同老婆一人一部帶住佢去旅行>正<...........!

手感一流 ,對焦快,拍攝速度 fast.

little heavy,低像.I use 5D more

低像,手感一流；1010 萬像素ok 1 / 8000 至 30 秒 very good iso 100-3200 not so more little heavy

剛到達了一仟萬.
及 3 吋 LCD

晝質上沒有太大改善,
而影像感應器尺寸 只有22.2 X 14.8mm
比上一部 30d 還細

手感比 EOS30D 好一些, 40D位置上已加上了防水膠
HOTSHOT 位置設計有改良

2色彩夠自然真實,
3連拍速度快,~ 連拍速度6.5張~ 算快~
4手感good 外型專業~ 手感良好~

1.kit lens 一般．
2.配件貴
3.配件如手柄、快門線、充電等比較貴
4.自拍要入 Menu 內設定, 不太方便
5.沒有機身防震,機身很重

借朋友的40D試用,
手感上40D明顯優勝，
重量適中，配長鏡亦不會頭重尾輕,

precise AF. all 9 AF points being cross-type sensors makes it distinct from 400/450D. light. good build. VF large and bright.

IQ so-so if compared with 5D and above. LCD big but quality poor.

a very productive camera!
