變形控制得很好 (好過 18-35 F3.5-4.5)
very good for snapshots (35mm/f2 係我 snapshot 首選, 不過 20mm 可用埋, 慳番 2k)
9 組 12 鏡, 比其他 wide angle 落重料

色彩係比 28-70 差少少, 但若滿分係 5, 佢都有 4/5.
(只係相對差, 但其實我會覺得不是缺點)
相對 24mm 貴差不多一倍 (不過睇佢用料就知係物有所值)

用在 D700 上, 沒有一支 prime lens 會有錯. 只有啱唔啱自己用.
本身有 AI-S 28/2.8, 35.2.8, 50/1.4, 但想玩 snapshot, 所以要入支 AF. 相比之下真係新不如舊, 無論清晰道同色彩都比舊鏡差少少, 不過都算靚. 始終喜歡廠鏡質素多過副廠.

Light in weight, very good for traval and daily use!
In DX body, it become a snap shot lens
in FX/ Film, it become a great ultra wide lens.

It's a excellent lens for landscape but still have rooms for improvement for portraits as it is not as sharp as the other fix-focus Nikon lens

自己用D700同D100,想玩大光圈+wideangle,又無錢買14-24,呢支20mm是不錯選擇,FX用到20mm,DX又用到35mm,夠實用,自己用加多支50mm1.8夠曬用,成像唔比14-24差,但價錢平好多.

1.) 長斷貨，難買

我有原厰1735都還要入它，因爲定焦PQ還是勝一籌，加上輕，filter size小（對比1735），當DX鏡有30mm，snap shoot正；FILM機用，可以拍下浩大的建築物。現在不單1735，連35.2都打入冷宮。
