Do find a focus next time before you press the shutter button! Try not to be too greedy that you want to get everything you see into the picture...also becareful it's not really comfrontable to look at a tilted picture... I would say the coposition is important here, for you picture, since the background is kind of misty, do find a closer object (e.g. the bridge) to be the focus and let it be big part of your photo instead of leaving bits of it in the bottom of the photo...it's really a key thing to spot out shapes/patterns in landscape photos. Work hard! :)
