Good try! I reckon the over exposed sky on the right seems to have drag some of the focus away...Perhaps you can use more of the backgroud to bring out the special bit of this old building (contrasting)...using a slow shutter speed, lines from the people walking pass will give a sense of motion, comparing to the old building standing still perhaps will make a better picture! :)
