After I read the review from dpreview, I think the photo is

true.

I think It was photoshoped

seriously now, any PS done to the photo?



I know there are some very nice 828 photos around that had been photoshopped much before display, but I am curious to know whether things can be as bad as this photo, coming straight out out of a 828 untouched.

I have noticed purple fringing on the 828. It certainly doesn't affect every 828 shot, it's only noticeable on some high contrast areas or with over-exposure on the photo (e.g those two photo that you have posted).



I saw many excellent photos from F828 without any CA under proper exposure.
