The WB is not correct; now it's a bit too yellow. Try not to let the tree behind get too close to model's hair; should have a bit distance. Her shirt color is close to her hair color. Should change to a lighter color one. The composition is ok. But this picture seems to lack an interest. Try to ask her not to look at camera, or ask her to dress "kay po" in front of the pine tree. It may be more interesting.
