1. Very poor image quality (I just cannot understand why some reviewers in dcfever said the picture quality is good).
2.Two inches LCD monitor is too small even in 2005. (I just do not understand why one of the reviewer in dcfever said the monitor is large and clear).
3. No indication for the battery status.
4. No indication for the shutter speed and f-number.
5. The LCD monitor does not provide the preview of darkness/brightness of the would be taken photos. I can know whether the taken photo is too dark/birght only after reviewing the taken photo.
6. EXIF data does not contain the used ISO value. So one is very hard to learn from the EXIF data in orfder to try to taking better future photos.
7. It uses too much electricity. Backup battery is a must.
8. Auto white balance is NOT accurate (at least for the cloudy yesterday). When I switched the white balance to cloudy, the colour of the flower is much faithfully recorded. So I also disagree with some reviewers's comments, namely, the auto white balance is accurate.
9. Far too expensive. The Pentax S55 of my other friend which also belongs to 2005 era offers more functions, larger LCD monitor and much better picture quality at a price that was more than HK$1000 cheaper.
10. The camera is very hot after shooting several photos even the temperature was only 8 degree yesterday. I wonder whether it will catch fire in hot summer.

My friend have used this camera for several years and have found that the image quality is very poor. She told me that even her mobile phone can take better pictures than this camera. She asked me to test the picture quaility of her camera and I took 30 photos yesterday.
Overall speaking, the taken picture is very poor both in sharpness and colour. (I am NOT compare Canon Digital IXUS 50 with my AGFA Compact 100 and ROLLEI Compactline 102, because both of my cameras have 5 years advantage. I am comparing this Canon camera with Pentax S55 which was also marketed in 2005.
Since my review differs so much from most of the user reviews in dcfever, I hope dcfever can provide the function of uploading photos by us (the reviewers) so that other readers can have their own judgement about the picture quality, noise level at certain ISO and accuracy of auto white balance etc. In this way, other readers can have a much better idea about the performance of a certain camera than just reading the words written down by the reviewers.
I am willing to upload my taken photos to support my words.
