優點:
AF 快,成像銳利.用來影雀一流.看見相片質素,非常感動.如1.4X 及用在7D 上, 有1120mm.在南生圍不再只是「芝蔴雀」.
缺點:
重!３号腳架, 千秋架, 背囊差太多8 kg.托了一天, 手有点酸.
評價:
一支等了兩個月的長炮.沒 有後悔的決定.

+ manageable weight for a 500mm F4, I carried it in a rucksack for my trip to Kenya, no backpain.

- Noise IS can scare off wildlife animals and focusing become slower when IS is on
-when production of this model has finished, and your AF or IS breaks down, there will be no parts for repair, and your 500mm will become a big paper stand.
- some might not like the white colour, and I have camo lens coat on this baby
-Lens hood attachment mechanism could be better for a 50K lens

I paid near 50K after unsatisfied test with Sigma 500mm 4.5 non DC, and I have no regret, it worth every penny and remember it is a whole 10K cheaper than Nikon counterpart, and Sigma slower lens without IS has raised up to 30K, making this wiser choice.
