Great lens. Sharp and Great Contrast. Not only good at landscape, but also expand indoor usage due to the very fast f/1.4.
缺點:
Weight could be a problem to people using rangefinder, as they prefer the whole system to be very light.

Have struggled a lot on this lens vs 21mm f/3.4. I took a f/3.4 and shot for a few days, it is excellent in every aspect on image quality and have no distortion. For landscape and architecture, perfect. But when I took it indoor, it's way too slow. The f/3.4 was no doubt for outdoors ONLY, in my opinion. I quickly feel bored with this f/3.4.
Then I tried this f/1.4. The first thing comes to my mind is 'Holly Shxt'! It is as great as the f/3.4, to my eye, to my feeling, that it also produces stunningly sharp and contrasty images. On many forums, it is described as 'softer' when wide opened. Maybe it is true when the images are viewed at 100% or 200% crop, but normal person like me don't do that, and on an A4 print out all images are terrific.
The best thing is, I can use it indoors or at night very easily. Creating great bokeh when shooting people indoors, with a wide coverage of the environment, just open my eye to a new photo shooting opportunity. It is not only good for outdoors, it is an all-around super-wide angle lens to me now. Use it with 35mm f/1.4, I find it a perfect partner for almost all of my shooting needs, except of course on the tele side, that I don't like much shooting.
This lens is really a magic, only if u love the kind of image it produces, or else u will hate it as it is crazily expensive, much bigger and heavier than the f/3.4, and is 'softer' when irrationally viewed at above 100%. I have to sell almost all of my DSLR lenses for this ONE lens, including the 85mm f/1.2 L II. Be prepared.
