重啦! 貴啦! 唔值啦! XX記比佢好! 觀點與角度, 人哋話佢部DC仔影出嚟仲正喎! 所為有份量的鏡頭如全用膠料造鏡身及Mount你會収貨嗎? 既輕又平才是筍嘢嗎? 優越的品質肯定是與金錢成正比的, 工欲善其事, 先必利其器, 影出來的畫質, 如能令你感到驚嘆, 而使眾別人都認同, 那便是好器材.

優點:
The image quality is unbeatable. The autofocus speed is lightning fast and explore the limit of the 3D tracking. I am lucky to buy this lens at the price of 40K from a closing camera shop. This lens worths the money I spent.

VR:
I own both 200/2 VRI and 300/2.8VRII. The VRII works more efficient than VRI. I always handheld these lens and the sharp focus percentage of VRII is over 90%. The focal length of VRI is shorter and the aperture is larger. But I get more clear pictures from the VRII. I can hear the VR noise in the VRI even though I stop pressing the shutter. But there is no VR noise from the VRII.
Lens hood:
VRII comes with the carbon fibre lens hood. It can reversely mount on the lens and is easily stored in the camera bag. I cannot reversely mount the metal lens hood on the VRI. The metal lens hood is also heavier than the carbon fibre lens hood.
Weight:
Both lens is approximately 3,000g. But due to the length of VRII is longer, you will feel lighter since the weight scatter. VRI lens front is so heavy that makes it unbalance. You are just like holding 4 bricks in you hand when shooting with the VRI.
Tripod mount:
The tripod mount of VRII is longer and with 2 holes. This facilitates the VRII mounts securely on the longer Gitzo plate GS5370MC. I suggest that this plate is a must buy accessory for the VRII if you are using Gitzo tripod. The VRI tripod mount is too short and with only 1 hole. It will easily get loose if you shoot vertically.

一支極優良的好鏡，雖然重量不輕，但加了防震後，仍有手持空間，尤其適合於運動活動中使用，而靜態或人象亦表現優良！
