唔想sai錢 買小小白, 又想影遠景, 所以買呢支試吓. 呢支鏡有is 有USM, within 70~200mm range, 效果穩定; 多過200後成像有點力有不到..., 但我都會俾90分.

之前用55-250 IS 都唔錯, 但呢支有USM於室內影終於聽唔到電鑽聲!! 電鑽聲會令人好煩!!
係死光 $4450 入手, 試鏡時ZOOM 到200mm 一張關IS, 一張開IS, 分別好,完全感覺到三級 IS既威力! 散景都唔錯!! 可能加多大約1k, 就可以買 70-200 4L, 但長焦IS係絕對好重要, 所以考慮此鏡!! 其他都寫曬係上面!!

As I am not a frequent user for tele-zoom lens and this one is very good backup lens for me. SSWIS of course is great but is too expensive for me as a non-frequent user. Picture quality is of no doubt. Totally agreed Photozone mentioning it is a \"hidden L lens\".

(1) 光圈稍細，環境暗要推高ISO，所以body最好係50D以上等級，因入門級body noise控制可能無咁強。

300mm 有 IS & USM , 平輕正(光學質素同24~105 一樣得3粒半星photozone網). 方便攜帶.

外形唔靚, 無自豪感.

使用這款鏡已經有一年時間,主要用來拍攝孩子足球比賽, 當90分鐘拿住1.2kg 來部捉比賽過程,已經很累. 450 之追蹤對焦非常準確, 可以拍攝(交波,傳球,射門)連眼看不到一殺那情景. 若200mm 以上沒有使用IS , 在天陰時候,很難拍得清楚. 這款鏡IS非常有效, 300mm手持拍攝,15分1秒亦ok.
以業餘拍友來講,拍攝運動場合, EF70 ~ 300 IS USM 值得推薦.

價格相若下...寧願選擇 Canon EF 70-200mm f4.0L USM

如果係作為旅遊用還可以過得去...畢竟不是很大支

(1) light weight, lighter than Canon DO lens (same range)

(2) very cheap price.

(3) Very Useful IS, I try to turn off it's IS to take a photos, then I turn on the IS to take a same view photos. The two image is completely different. It can reveal the IS is 100% useful & workable.

(4) Long range, I understand Canon 70-200 f/4 IS quality is better, but when you need the range 200mm to 300mm, then you need to run. Therefore, the range 200mm to 300mm is definitely useful, specially in some shap shot and urgent situation.

(5) The picture quality is excellent with UD element. I have Canon 24-105mm L lens. I compared it with Canon 70-300mm. I found the 70-300 lens have about 90% quality of L lens, but the price is only half. It is a real bargain.

(6) low profile, when you are at the beach or street to take photos from stranger who will not easily discover due to the lens appearance is very low profile.

(7) solid built. I found the quality of this lens built have no obvious different with 24-105mm

(8) too much 優點 which you need to find out.

The lens you should try. I personally consider it as the most excellent lens among the lens in price of about $4000 HKD.

好sharp,有IS同USM, 配40D後開儘光圈成像都不差

就算用canon 無L ,各方面都OK,買L 定非 L 好呢? 自已想下...
