Pretty appearance. Claim to be high tech, and with much more features / functions than earlier models.

The tocuh screen keyboard is the biggest problem, causing this device almost useless to me. Frustrated.

I've been using Blackberry for 7 years, experienced its different models and different generations of technology. Very disappointed and regret to buy this Storm 2. The touch screen keyboard is driving me crazy, that always hit the wrong key. My colleagues share the same comment. Such touch screen keyboard should never have been invented. It's just not suitable for human fingers. You'll never hit it right. I should go back to Bold. Keyboard is small but at least real, and no mistakes to hit.
