Best Blackberry so far.

OS 6 is far better than the previous OS.

A lot more apps now.

Customized themes can look very cool.

QWERTY + touch screen keyboard.

Reception is very good.

When you are on the phone, your face can easily mute the other line.

A big improvement from Blackberry.

The browser is awesome.

Good for people who like to text a lot on the phone.

I am thinking of changing the phone - because it is frustrating to have to recharge every few hours

-both touch screen and QWERTY avaiable
-big screen with clear image
-sensitive touch screen
-Soical feeds is very useful if you love to play soical networkings
-better sound quality than the other phone, even those phones that say they are multimedia oriented, like N8, IPhone 4, etc

-slightly heavy compare to other smartpones

This is the best BB compare with my previous phone like BB9700, BB9500,BB9000, BB8520 and BB8900.
