- Good hand grip.
- F1.8 is good for low-light scenes, but is a far cry from F1.8/ 35mm on Nikon D90.
- Lighter than my Canon G9 (one reason why I bought EX1).
- Adjustable (useful occasionally) and lovely AMOLED display.
- Pretty good Smart mode for photo-taking.

- Lens cap operation is awfully cumbersome. It punishes you if you turn on the camera without removing the cap. It will turn off immediately. Why can't it wait for people to remove cap like in Nikon D90?
- Expensive external flash: small SEF20A is about $1200 and large SEF42A costs much more. My big Nissin flashes for G9 (Di466) or D90 (Di622) cost much less than SEF20A.
- Low flash output compared to G9.
- No custom modes like C1, C2 on G9.
- Can't get spare battery yet.

Nice handy camera and versatile. About $4000 with 8GB card, but it reads only 4GB. Pretty good for low-light shooting. Pictures are fine but you need to practise it a lot. 24 mm wide-angle is useful but it needs some practice to avoid picture distortion. I still like my G9 more, as it turns on much faster, flash is more powerful, has C1/C2 custom modes, has a much large zoom range, has larger battery capacity, fits much cheaper external flashlights, has much more predictable picture results (although needing colour corrections) and has a tough body (dropped it before but no sign of any damage).

模式間有衝突..如用了智慧範圍, ISO 只能調整在200(含以下)...相片風格,智慧濾光片都無法使用
但可以事後再去編修

都可以看到samsung有心的一面

f1.8 + iso 400-800 在暗環境十分可用, 可用情度比s90 好小小, 比G11 好很多
(我本身都有部 s90, 女友有部G11)
menu 設計十分簡潔, 清晰 (我只用了30分鐘已十分習慣用這機)
前輪控制快門, 後輪控制光圏, 十分方便 (單手可全用光圏, 快門)
有魚眼, 針孔, 仿模型 功能, 十分好玩 (如有全景, 就更好)
Led mon 很 sharp, 而且可轉, mon 出的照和過了在電腦的照, 十分相同 (值得一讚)

沒有電池座送, 要用usb 頭插機叉電 (不知有沒有電池座賣)
連拍不算快
小光圏只有6.4 (s90 有8)
iso 800 以上不算太好..不過細機來說, 800 以下, 只有s90, g11 可比較
聽人家說, 三叔售後服務不是很好 (這個未知是不是真, 不過我不想知, 因不想壞機 xD)
買機時因叉電數量不夠, 第二粒電不可即取, 要等通知才可拿

我女友因覺得G11 太重又大舊, 所以她想換走它, 當ex1 一出, 我們即去試機, 今天決定去買.. 買了後放在我這幫她試機... 所以可幫想買細機王的朋友一些個人建議一下^^

和s90, G11 比, 由價錢, 到功能, Ex1 可以說是完全可取代它們..
至於和lx3 就不知了
而我因等 sony nex 5, 而女友現在又有了它, 所以ex1 對我來說雖然心動情度不大...

不過說真, 如本身用 s90, 而不計較有沒有反mon, 魚眼等玩具功能, s90 都可以繼續用,
反而如用開G11 的人, 而不計較Ex1 的焦距比較短, 快些賣了它換Ex1, 輕很多, 影暗地方都比G11 好..

如不是 nex5 出現, Ex1 可以說是暫時來說的小機王... (不過咁比很不公平, 因Ex1 是換鏡, ccd 都小很多 xD)

f1.8 @ 24mm, just the len itself = $3k
with f1.8 @ 200 iso, I can have good quality picture in door
I like the menu and the LED mon.
Image is better than the S90, which I sold after 10 days of ownership

still need time to find out, but I will hold on to it for a while, unlike my Canon S90

just got the real one today,

I paid HK$3600 for it, but the quality of the picture and the lovely f1.8 worth every penny.

由於Samsung EX1, Canon G11, S90 同 Ricoh GR Digital III 都係用同一款 1/1.7吋CCD, 呢塊CCD面積大雜訊少, 但不利於拍片所以呢4部機的拍片解像度都係640x480.

1. 1.8光圈絕對吸引
2. 1/1.7吋 CCD 算是有誠意
3. 多角度OLED (用左G10 desgin)
4. 機身多轉輪, 方面調校 (用左 S90 個concept)
5. 支持TTL

1. 像素太低
2. 沒HD movie
3. 對焦範圍只有 80cm, 有點失色
4. 沒有連拍功能
5. 不支持 SDXC

未試過機, 未有後感, 但成部機好似加入左幾部機o既賣點, 吸引非常, 但未用過samsung 機, 功能同畫質方面有待研究
