Compact, small and good quality

No new model

Small and easy to focus

Ricoh has engineered this specifically for m-mount, unlike other cameras using 3rd party adapters. Works great with lens that i have, 15mm, 35mm and 35mm.

Focus peaking is really helpful, people with poor eye sight would have no problem using manual focus with this camera, both mode 1 and 2 work equally as well. I have heard older m9 users are switching to GXR because of the ease of focus.

Outstanding picture quality, jaw dropping quality when you nail the focus, exposure and metering.

high iso is not as good as newer sensor camera, like Nex 5 or X-pro1 but would have no trouble for anything shot with 400 iso or lower.

Mount A12 is my first non compact camera and i was immediately taken back by the jaw dropping quality of the picture compared to my GRD III. Going to manual focus means no shutter lag and once you in the focus zone, you can capture lots of good moment. Bigger size sensor definitely and using quality lens certainly help as well. I started with the Voigtlander 40mm f1.4 and I must say for the price of the lens it's probably is the best m mount lens at the price.

之前用過GR3, 因此對Ricoh有極大信心。本想等nex7出左才開始選擇，但看過日本人於Flickr裡A12 mount相片後便決定入手。作為M9的後備相機，當然不會要求照片質素比M9好。當然A12 mount可用Leica鏡頭拍Video吧。
不可不提Ricoh AutoWB, 小弟之前是Canon, Nikon用家，室內用比他們還要好，Leica就...

1。超廣角鏡可能（拜託，不要用35mm f/1.2光圈 以infinitive拍照來「測試相機」）

1。以dc來說是快門聲仍然存在
2。以RF來說是快門反應仍有改善空間
3。威巴不太準
4。照片（raw）顏色比現場的還要漂亮
5。拍攝者不能倚賴AF，必須掌握景深呎及超焦距的使用方法，不過我覺得back to basic是件好事。

我常用的相機是GRD跟Epson的R-D1。跟這兩部相機相比，GXR Mount A12跟RF是完全不同的東西 - 不論是快門反應、操控、拍攝的方式，甚至於拍攝者跟週遭環境的互動。以這些標準來看，GXR Mount A12其實更似一部DC（拜託，請Ricoh不要跟RF比較，不論是M9也好，R-D1也好）。但是作為DC，跟GRD對比，它的快門聲令我相當困擾，特別是在城市中面對面跟陌生人抓拍時（「你拍得不夠好是因為你走得不夠近」）。

不過雖然如此，GXR Mount A12 卻比GRD提供更大的彈性，更好的畫質，特別是它令我把那些50mm或以上的鋼頭再找出來重新使用。
