- Excellent image quality

- Fast lens (f1.8)

- Solid built, comfortable to hold

(I dropped it heavily from a bicycle but it still works perfectly except for some scratches)

- Reasonable price compared to the quality

- Custom mode not easy to set or modify

1. good color photos

2. auto white balance delivers good results

3. "noise" is less below 200, OR can be greatly reduced when the contrast and sharpening are also reduced.

4.body is good in hand, nice looking

5.when you are familiar with it, this is surely a very good digital cam for all.

I don't think 3 x opitcal zoom is enough.

Very excellent photos quality outdoor but not satisfied deep under blue water.

However, still a nice digit-camera for most home users.

preferably have 5xzooms

I used it mainly for underwater photography.



Pros:

1) Excellent battery life with rechargable.

2) Excellent Marco

3) Color of LCD quite accurate

4) Dual slots

5) User friendly menu

6) Fast f1.8 lens

1) Select dial difficult to use underwater, especially while holding another button.

2) Slooooooow zoom

3) xD card quite expensive

4) no manual select focus point

5) Noisy image at ISO 200 & above

6) mediocre focusing speed

用了5050 超過一年，如果遺失了，都會再買一部。因為

1)AA 電，不覺得大食

2)輕而實淨機身，鋁含金

3)相片質素好

4)閃燈夠力

5)支援各種MEMORY CARD

1)機身大，要買部CASIO Z40 做SNAP SHOOT.

2)只得3倍光學變焦。

C5050 is a nice and wonderful semi-pro digital camera, one of the best among all in 5mp grade.

Best product and solid design, best user interface and quality of photos.

Why not have 4xzooms or more?!!!
