優點:
You need sometime to know all the functions of this camera. You can have full control of everything if you want, or just point and shoot. The pictures are great, this is a compact, solid and wonderful camera. I have considered some other cameras of same grading, like Nikon 5400.

有些網友懷疑Olympus C5060 的 control buttons 是否經常出現問題，但我的經驗是，它完全正常、而且很就手 (當用家熟悉它的操作/功能 後) 。舉例說，當你使用 NR (Noise Reduction-減少嘈音) 的功能後，便不能使用快拍功能，於是Mode 制便變淺色，無法控製。除去 RN 功能，快攝制即回復正常。我的方法是將怏攝功能儲存在 My Favourite 中，當要用快攝，即按 “My Fav” (有八個My Favourite 可採用)。
最後一題此機最大優點是擁有 闊銀幕，如果你主力是影風景照 或 大合照相，這半專業機是最佳選擇，因價錢適中及無須另如廣角鏡頭。

After some weeks' research, I finally bought an Olympus C5060 last week, it is because it has lot of professional features and the image quality is nice according to some foreign web-sites which I found.
This machine is easy to use after I read through the user manual and the buttons (operation panel) on it run very smoothly.
The photos it takes is nature and nice. The enlarge size "HQ" quality photo (one 256 MB Cf card can store about 128 pictures of enlarge "HO" photos ) can print a full and excellent "8x10" inches picture with my old-age Cannon BJC 7100.
High resolution, low light noise is minimal when compared with my 3 mega-pixels camera. I love the 27mm wide angle, the 4 x optical zoom, quick focus, the 180 degree flipped up LCD and its solid body feel.
Though it uses Olympus's own battery "BLM-1", it works fine and has long-life battery, which last for almost one day's shots.

缺點:
1. The flash is weak. External flash or slave must be used.
2. This camera is a little confusing at first day of using. So I would not recommend it for a beginner unless he/she has some basic experience on using digital camera.
