恒定F2.8 係光線不足時好有用。
光線足的時候, 光圈收細兩級(都仲有3.5)影像更sharp, 呢個係Canon 鏡做唔到的。
11-16mm 呢個焦段真係完全Wide angle, 所以真係唔及Canon 的10-24mm 方便
不過如果外出旅遊, 一支18-200 + 呢支就已經完全足夠
如果呢支同Canon 支10-22mm, 真係好難選擇, 因為各有優劣

專登買黎去旅行...領略到廣角鏡頭的空間感... ...將你見到的風景盡收眼底... ...影風景變形較少... ...影樓景就有少少變形(乃廣角鏡特性...)好多 C-hing 都覺得此鏡 F2.8光圈無咩用... ...影風景時好少是全開 F2.8 多數是用較少來影... ...F4-F8 便剛好了(甚至更細)成象更銳利... ... ...但當影 陰天 or 餐廳內(不用閃燈)... ...的時候你們就知 F2.8 的可愛之處了... ...以呢個價錢... ...大光圈 & 廣角... ...只有它

Same as other ching said before.
Have lens information for 50D, can reduce the dark corner effect when shoot wide open. (same does AT-X 535)
Good range coverage when use with 18-55, 17-40...etc
Useful and much better shape lens hood, when compare with 17-40, 10-22, 16-35mm

Sharp at the whole range, even at 2.8 I found it acceptable
Color Vivid and like Nikon (sometimes I feel it is better than Nikon Color)
Very useful to shoot in indoor esp at very dim light (because of f/2.8) and requires to shoot a broad view (like in historical buidlings, large shopping arcades, museums)
Metal body, hood good build
