Not nearly as marked by the spontaneous-ferment character as the Pettenthal GG in 2018. Super-stony impression. Incredibly pure. Delicate sweet/sour citrus, has a touch of floral citrus and herbs, citrus blossom. Bright, crystalline and almost eye-watering acidity. Silky and smooth without the grain/texture of the Schubertslay. Tension and such a lightness of touch even with so much intensity.
